As a senior lecturer with the School of Business at ITB I am happiest in the classroom teaching in my subject areas of HRM, Diversity in the Workplace and Organisational Behaviour. It is a pleasure to work with a diverse student population where I have the benefit of knowing with others in addition to knowing about others.

I have been teaching and researching in higher education for twenty years. Prior to joining ITB in 2001, I worked at the Smurfit School of Business, UCD. It gives me great satisfaction to participate in the successful evolution of ITB as a site of learning and development. Those who work and learn with me know that underpinning my approach to higher education is a life-wide attitude to learning, an ‘equality of conditions’ perspective that advances inclusivity and above all critical reasoning and self-reflexivity in everything that we do.

Away from ITB my priority is spending time with my young family in the great outdoors and enjoying a flat white coffee in a scenic environment.
